Vengono svolti due lavori simultaneamente: allenamento posturale e allenamento respiratorio.<br \/>\n\u00c8 un metodo semplice, che richiede soltanto l\u2019uso di abiti comodi:\u00a0\u201cSono tecniche molto ripetitive che, una volta apprese, possono essere riprodotte a casa, anche se \u00e8 sempre meglio eseguirle con un istruttore, che pu\u00f2 stimolare la motivazione e correggere le posture scorrette\u201d.<br \/>\nGli esercizi ipopressivi vengono realizzati in condizioni di apnea respiratoria e con posture che facilitano la trazione posturale del diaframma. Con gli ipopressivi si lavora da dentro perch\u00e9, nonostante i bruschi cambiamenti che rivoluzionano il nostro corpo durante la gravidanza, tutto torna alla sua essenza.<br \/>\nPer farci un\u2019idea dell\u2019importanza assunta dalle pressioni sul nostro corpo, proviamo a immaginare che la cavit\u00e0 addominale sia una sfera delimitata in alto dal diaframma, dietro dalla schiena, in basso dal pavimento pelvico e davanti dall\u2019addome. Questa sfera pu\u00f2 deformarsi, possiamo schiacciarla da una parte o su pi\u00f9 parti e, proprio come in una normale sfera, queste deformazioni finiscono con il coinvolgere anche le altre parti. Tuttavia, il nostro corpo non \u00e8 una sfera (uguale in ogni sua parte), le parte superiore e quella posteriore (ossa e muscoli vigorosi) sono strutture molto pi\u00f9 resistenti delle altre, che si presentano pi\u00f9 sottili e dalla composizione pi\u00f9 fragile. Per questo motivo, le patologie peggiori si verificano l\u00ec.Questi esercizi sono adatti a tutti, non solo alle neomamme, ma anche agli anziani, agli uomini, alle donne e a tutte quelle persone che vogliono beneficiare di un allenamento salutare, che previene le iperpressioni interne. I primi risultati sono visibili dopo il primo mese di allenamento, soprattutto nei casi di recupero dell\u2019addome e del perineo dopo il parto e per quanto riguarda la riduzione delle perdite urinarie che, purtroppo, si verificano di frequente nelle donne che hanno appena partorito.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-3\"><div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Ma la ginnastica ipopressiva funziona davvero? <\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nL\u2019esercizio fisico, per poter realmente portare risultati o benefici, deve essere accompagnato da un ingrediente fondamentale:\u00a0la costanza.<br \/>\nCon gli esercizi ipopressivi \u00e8 lo stesso: se vengono praticati regolarmente, seguendo i protocolli definiti dall\u2019istruttore, daranno ottimi risultati. Ad esempio, con un allenamento di venti minuti due volte a settimana, dopo il primo mese potrai gi\u00e0 iniziare a vedere dei cambiamenti nella postura, nella flessibilit\u00e0 e anche nel
